Fine silica gels (0.2 - 0.5 mm or 0.5 - 1.0 mm) are suitable for drying flowers.
Dynamic adsorption processes often require a large silica gel (2 - 5 mm or 3 - 6 mm)
that allows air to be passed through them.
For desiccator units, medium silica gels (1 - 3 mm or 2 - 5 mm) are suitable.
When considering a volume to be filled with silica gel, approximately 700 - 800 grams of
silica gel occupies 1 litre of space.
Packs and drums are sold in singles or multiples. Prices are quantity based, there
are often dramatic price reductions for larger quantities.
We are also able to sell silica gel in other size packs, according to customers
requirements. Please ask.
